Introduction
We have developed a mechanical cleaning process that, when used with specific chemicals in exacting mixtures, will restore a 20-year old porcelain or ceramic tile floor to “Like New” condition. Both tile and grout will have a new appearance. This can be accomplished in building restrooms, foyers, hallways, etc. – indoors or outdoors.

Before We Got There… A Little History
Most clients with whom we’ve talked have not achieved the results they need from their own cleaning efforts. Property Managers are often getting heat from building owners in addition to tenants. Restrooms, in particular, are a source of continual tenant and building visitor complaints. Public areas with tile floors are also often shabby-looking. It isn’t a pretty picture.

Cleaning grout and tile is the number one challenge facing facilities managers in restrooms, lobbies, kitchens and other public areas. Grout channels are a continual source of odor-causing bacteria and embedded soil. Filthy tile and grout are viewed as a direct reflection of the tenants and building owner.
